You agree that Roomz-Rent Inc. bears no liability for any fraud, misconduct, or illegal activities conducted by users of the platform. Any disputes between users must be resolved directly between the parties involved, and Roomz-Rent Inc. shall not be held responsible for any claims, damages, or losses arising from such disputes.

‍6.2. Limitation of LiabilityTO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROOMZ-RENT INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PLATFORM. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.IN NO EVENT SHALL ROOMZ-RENT INC.'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US (IF ANY) FOR USING OUR PLATFORM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
